Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at opanasiuk2206@gmail.com — we can often update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Missing Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, as this is often where missing packages turn up. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
