Our 14-Day Promise We want you to feel completely confident buying from BEXY. If your product isn't the right fit for you, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no complicated hoops to jump through.

How Returns Work

Step 1: Reach Out Email us at opanasiuk2206@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return your item. We read every message personally, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM.

Step 2: Get Your Instructions Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with clear, simple instructions on how to send your item back.

Step 3: Send It Back Pack your item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back following our instructions.

Step 4: Get Refunded Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition, we process your refund within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's on its way back to you.

What Qualifies for a Return

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Damaged or Defective Items Mistakes happen, and if your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos showing the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few extra business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Situations Items that show signs of use beyond simple testing, or that are missing original packaging/accessories without a valid reason (such as a defect), may not qualify for a refund. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, just ask — we're reasonable people and happy to talk it through.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you're located in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under EU consumer protection law, which applies independently of our 14-day guarantee above.

Questions Before You Return Something? We'd rather help you get the most out of your BEXY than see it returned. If something isn't working as expected, email us first — often we can solve the issue without a return at all.
